| Participation Incentive Structure |  | Monthly Award Winners:
- One winner per site / per month.
- Each time you report participation in a program component (weekly Activity Events, Walking Tour of America, etc.) via the wellness website, your name will be entered in for the monthly award drawing. The more components you participate in, the better chance you have to win the monthly award pack.
Walking Tour of America Completion Champions:
- Each employee who reports steps for all nine months of the Tour will win an award at the end of the school year.
Year-End Participation Champions:
- One winner per site.
- The employee who leads their site in program participation throughout the year will be recognized with the Participation Champion award.
Year-End Site Participation Champions:
- The top three participating sites (by percentage) throughout the year will be recognized with a banner "Top Site", and receive $200 to be used for employee wellness need.
- All sites that have 51% participation throughout the year will be recognized as a banner "Well Site".
