Walking Tour of the America

September 2, 2008 – May 29, 2009

The sites, the sounds, the scenery! We’re going on a virtual tour of the United States of America!

Let’s get started…

Travel Guidelines

1. Magic Travel Shoes: Thanks to great new technology, HP-Travel has afforded each of us a brand new pair of Magic Travel Shoes. These shoes will provide ultra-efficient trekking ability by allowing us to journey a 15-mile distance for every 2,000 steps taken. Lace them on tight! You don’t want to be left behind…

2. Reporting Steps: Keep track of your step totals starting today, Tuesday, September 2. No need to form a team or register early on this trip. We’re all going together! However, we will need to make sure of attendance at the end of each month. Make sure to log your step total on the wellness website by the end of the first week of the next month.

Reporting your steps for two consecutive months will fulfill the Wellness Initiative and the lower co-pay.

4. Traveling Spouses: Invite your spouse to join us! Make sure they log their step total on the wellness website as well to fulfill the Wellness Initiative and the lower co-pay.

5. Missing months: If you’re unable to leave this month or, for whatever reason, you lag behind and miss a month? Don’t worry! HP-Travel will fly you out to meet us from wherever you are.
